The Sommet, Lauréat I, Lauréat II, and Nobel residences are located close to Université Laval. Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC) and city hall are 10 and 25 minutes away by bus, respectively (Route 7). The residences boast furnished rooms in furnished, partially-equipped apartments (stove and refrigerator included), and require a minimum stay of one month.
Rooms are available to non-students only from May 1 to mid-August.

Vieux-Château student residences are divided into three- and four-bedroom apartments. They are only available for rent by non-students during the summer. These apartments are furnished and fully equipped.
The residences are accessible by bus, and are located just 15 minutes from Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC) (Route 7), and 30 minutes from city hall (also Route 7).

Université Laval’s residences contain furnished rooms with single beds (one per room), and are available for rent from May 1 to August 23. The residences are also equipped with shared kitchens and bathrooms.
The residences are located near the university’s classrooms and administrative offices. Numerous bus routes serving the campus make it an ideal starting-off point for getting around town. Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC) and city hall are 10 minutes 20 minutes away by bus, respectively (Route 7).
Appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, televisions, etc. can be rented onsite.
