To consult calls for tender issued by the City of Québec, visit the SEAO website. Calls for tender of $100,000 and above are all posted on the SEAO website and published in the Québec City daily Le Soleil.

Public tenders for real estate for sale by the City can be viewed in the section Citoyens - Propriété - Immeubles mis en ventre par la Ville. (French only)

Procurement Policy

The City of Québec’s Procurement Policy (PDF : 162 Ko) (French only) sets out the rules for purchasing goods and services as well as managing inventory. Under this policy, contracts for professional services are subject to a Weighting and Evaluation System (PDF : 142 Ko) (French only) before being awarded.
