The City of Québec invites professional artists who are members of a Québec First Nations or of the Inuit people to submit a public art proposal for the Regroupement des centres d’amitié autochtones du Québec (RCAAQ) early childcare centre (CPE).

This childcare centre will be part of the new Yahndawa’ community living space dedicated to Université Laval’s Indigenous students and their families.

Artists are invited to propose a two-dimensional (2D) artwork to be integrated into the reception area located in front of the main interior entrance.

Application deadline: November 20, 2026.
